Paul describes the discipline of integrity by comparing it to the effective but temporal—“bodily exercise” (I Timothy: 7–8). Paul is agreeing that we need to care for our bodies, and exercise is a part of that care. As God’s Temple, we care for our bodies, so they can be used for His glory (1 Cor. 6:19–20). We also want our bodies fit when we present them as instruments God can use in His service (Rom. 12:1–2).

Dr. WestI encourage and empower people to consider holistically their mind, body, spirit. How all three must come together in harmony for them to become the best they are created to be. Without needed strength in all three areas we can't process forward in our GREATER. ArchivesCategories |
